Kick streamer Suspendas remains unbanned despite being nude live and allegedly paying for sex on two separate shows.

Twitch’s latest rival, Kick, has had a rocky start since launch despite a 95-5 revenue split, making it the most lucrative option for streamers.

Unlike Twitch, Kick allows slots – something the Amazon-owned site recently banned after community backlash. And it turns out that a lot more content seems like it’s all it takes, given some recent reports.

According to Full Squad Gaming’s Jake Lucky, a streamer named “Suspendas” managed to avoid a ban despite a string of shows featuring graphic sexual content.

In a tweet, Lucky posted a screenshot from Suspendas’ Dec. 27 show where he appeared completely naked.

“A Kick streamer known as Suspendas has once again been accused of having sex with a supposed whore on live,” he said. “As he revealed himself fully naked on stream today. He remains unbanned.

This isn’t the first time Lucky has commented on a streamer’s sexual actions on the platform. Earlier in December, he said one of his earliest experiences with Kick was with a streamer “actively engaging in sex with a supposed prostitute live.”

Like Twitch, Kick’s community guidelines prohibit content that “contains nudity, is pornographic, or depicts actual or simulated sexual activity,” or “facilitates, encourages, offers, or solicits sexual behavior.”

Notably, earlier this year, a Twitch streamer was banned after she was caught having drunken sex live, but her suspension was lifted after just a week.

We’ll have to wait and see what the future holds for Kick and if its moderation team will more strictly enforce community guidelines.
